Inbound Delegation Trips

The German Trade & Invest Agency (GTAI) is fostering cooperation between Germany and other countries on behalf of the German government.

Therefore, international delegations travel to Germany to learn more about regional economic clusters and the huge potential in the German market. Facilitated through Germany Trade and Invest, several delegations will visit Germany in 2024 on different topics such as sustainability, energy transition and circular economy. 

The delegations of foreign business representatives travel to Germany to take part in a professional program on a specific industrial topic. These programs include visits to companies, research institutes and networks as well as matchmaking and networking events. As part of the delegation program, foreign visitors will participate in the entire program and will have an individual setup of their B2B-talks, according to their own interest and background.

It publicizes Germany’s advantages as a business location and promotes the internationalization of the economy in German regions.

AHKs

The network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs), consisting of bilateral Chambers of Commerce Abroad, delegations and representative offices of German business, advises, supports and represents German companies worldwide that want to establish or expand their foreign business.
