Terms and Conditions

Included in the funded delegation trip are:

• Transfers within Germany (bus transfers during delegation trip)
• Hotel accomodation from Mon.-Thur.
• Meals on special events (e.g. networking event) and upon invitation of partners

Additional costs for participants:

• Your personal travel expenses
• Expenses for lunch & dinner (max. 150 €)

Please also note: Film and audio recordings as well as photos will be taken during the event. By registering and participating in the event, you agree to their subsequent use.
